"Audrey helped me with a completely remote house purchase, which required her to take on some tasks that normally I would have been responsible for. Having fully understood the requirements for the house we needed, she was able to do remote video walk-throughs and give us her impressions of the house, positive and negative, and highlight details she saw that weren't obvious from the online photos. This required quite a bit of trust between us, since I was never physically present to see the actual house before purchasing it.

Despite a large time zone difference between us, Audrey was able to take care of critical tasks in the morning to keep things moving (like finding contractors for repair estimates) and still be available to me for calls late in the evening to catch up on the overall process and answer questions.

She personally drove out for a final inspection the day before closing since I was not present to be able to, discovered a few issues that required attention, then worked with the seller to resolve them including following up so that we could close on time.
